Any dispute or controversy arising out of or from this transaction shall be resolved by arbitration in the English language before a single arbitrator in the State of Virginia without regard to the state's conflicts of law rules or the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods which is specifically excluded. The completion of orders takes place on our secure server, and your information is secure during the ordering process. Your information is stored on a secure server until your order is processed, then the information is removed.
Confirmation of Orders Sent Via Internet
After you have submitted your order by clicking the "SUBMIT YOUR ORDER" button, your order is sent to our Sales Department and processed. You will receive an email confirming that we are reviewing your order.We will review your order and send you an email if there is a problem in processing your order. This email will also inform you of any items which are out of stock, of any possible price changes that may apply to your order or of any mistakes which may have been made on the order form. (NOTE: The customer is ultimately responsible for checking his/her order. Auto Krafters is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer on his/her order form.)

(Note 1) - Minimum order must exceed $20 (Subtotal) unless ordering a catalog ($5.00 within the U.S., $6.00 to Canada, and $10.00 to all other countries - these fees will be added to your shipping charges).
(Note 2) - Free shipping for orders over $20 placed online excludes shipping on batteries, tires, wheels, disc brake conversion kits, exhaust systems, a/c systems, oversized orders, orders over 50 lbs., & truck freight shipments. Each order will have $9.95 order processing/ packing fee added. Free shipping not available outside the continental US. Boxing fees are not considered to be "shipping charges" - boxing fee will not be waved for orders over $20 (boxing fees apply to sheet metal and some oversized items and will be noted in the item's description).
(Note 3) - If the measurement around a packaged item at the widest point plus the length equals more than 84 inches, it is oversize. If it is more than 150 inches, it must be shipped by truck freight. Most fenders, qtr panels, floor pans, dash pads, package trays, long molding, fuel tanks, bumpers, fender flares, grilles are oversize. (this list is not all inclusive) Additional shipping charges will be added to oversized items at the time of packaging and are not reflected in the shipping totals given here.

All regular items shipped within the Continental US are shipped either ground UPS or Fed-Ex. If you have a preference, or prefer another type of shipping, please place a note in "additional items" section of order or email for shipping charges. Most parts have to be shipped either UPS or Fed-Ex and can not be shipped to a Post Office Box.
Catalogs are free with an order of $20 (Subtotal) or more. If you are placing a catalog-only order, you will be charged $5.00 for Priority Mail shipping (within US), $6.00 for Priority Mail shipping (within Canada), or $10 US Airmail (for other countries). These charges apply to the first catalog in an order. Additional catalogs will be discounted by an amount dependent on the shipping location and the amount of catalogs ordered.
Truck Freight
Note about truck freight delivery. At Auto Krafters we sometimes need to send items by truck freight because of their size. Sometimes this is our only option. Shipping by truck freight usually works out just fine, however there have been some occasions in which some items have been damaged during shipment. To make matters worse, in most cases there was nothing the customer can do about this. As far as the trucking company is concerned, if the customer signed that he/she received the order in good condition, the trucking company if off the hook. In each case, no matter how much pressure the customer involved would put on the company to cover the damages, the trucking company would take no responsibility.
This problem can easily be avoided if the shipment is checked for damages before the bill of lading is signed by the receiver. You must always inspect your order before the truck driver leaves. Although the truck driver may fuss at you for this, he cannot leave until you have signed. So take the extra time to check your order and do not sign for it if you feel like the order has been damaged in any way. The bill of lading clearly states that you have received your order in good condition, so once you have signed it, there is nothing you can do to file a damage claim against the company.
When we ship orders out from our Auto Krafters warehouse, we make sure that the items are in good shape. If items are damaged during shipping, it is the responsibility of the shipping company to make sure that the customer receives his/her order in similar condition. So make sure that you do not sign away the trucking company's responsibility before you really know what condition your order is in.
Always Check Your Order As Soon As It Arrives
At Auto Krafters, we want to make sure you are treated right and are pleased with your order. That is why it is very important that you open your package as soon as you receive it. If for some reason you find that items are damaged or are missing, we will be glad to help you if you contact us in a reasonable amount of time. Refer to the packing sheet included with your order for complete instructions. All shortage claims must be made within 48 hrs of receiving your order. No shortage claims will be accepted after 48 hours. No returns can be accepted after 30 days. It is therefore very important that you check your order as soon as it arrives. We have had customers try to return a damaged item 6 months or more after they received it. Unfortunately, in cases like that we can no longer accept a return for the damaged part.
Also, if you are expecting a delivery, make sure that you check for packages that may have been dropped off in inconspicuous places. We have had customers call us wondering where their package was only to find out that it had been delivered to their side door or to a neighbor a week earlier!
Warranty / Exchanges - Customer Service
All parts are guaranteed. If you have a problem with any purchase, please call us at 800-228-7346 or send email to info@autokrafters.com (Allow 48 hrs for response). Many times, application problems can be quickly handled by phone or email, saving needless shipping expense. Should you find it necessary to return anything, a copy of our return procedures is packed with your invoice. All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours. No Shortage Claims Allowed After 48 Hours. Before you return anything for any reason, we require that you call to obtain a return authorization number. All returns must be sent pre-paid. Unauthorized or COD returns will be refused. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number or without an invoice. Absolutely no returns after 120 days from date of purchase regardless of reason unless covered by extended warranty. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on certain items and on all returns after 30 days. There is no restocking fee for items returned within 30 days. Items which have already been installed are non-returnable unless defective. Auto Krafters, Inc.'s liability is limited to the replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price. Installation labor costs or shipping charges are not refunded. Electrical parts are non-returnable once installed. We will replace defective units only. Special orders are non-returnable unless defective.

If you encounter a problem with your order, contact us immediately so that we may resolve the problem. We want your repeat business and the business of your friends and neighbors. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If we should need to back order any items, they will be shipped as soon as possible unless you notify us otherwise. If you require your parts delivered by a specific date, please advise us when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Origin of Parts
We sell both Genuine Ford and quality reproduction parts acquired from many sources, both domestic and foreign. We will be happy to give you the country of origin of all our parts, if known. All Ford Trademark parts sold (such as emblems, etc.) are licensed by Ford Motor Company. If you have any questions on Ford's licensing program, please feel free to contact our president, Ron Miller, personally. The majority of the parts we sell are reproductions of originals and are NOT Genuine Ford.
